Yin Yoga is a slow practice encouraging fluidity of the joints and healthy flow of energy through the body. This practice will challenge and grow your ability to find stillness, to develop comfort within discomfort and to connect to yourself. Props are used and provided in the practice space. Whether you are new to yin or just curious, come check it out!
